MiniSurpriZZ is run by , , Turkey (“we”). By making or sending a surprise, you agree to these terms. Your purchase itself is governed by the Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract (in Turkish). The Turkish version of these terms is the Kullanım Koşulları.
1. The service
You pick a character, an occasion and your words, and after payment you get a private link. When someone opens it, the character knocks and delivers your message. A link stays open 30 days after it is first opened (90 days after payment if nobody opens it).
2. Who can buy
You must be 18 or older and use a payment card you are allowed to use.
3. What you may not send
MiniSurpriZZ is for kind, fun surprises. Do not use it to send anything that:
- harasses, bullies, threatens or frightens someone against their wishes, or contacts a person who has asked you to stop,
- is hateful, discriminatory, sexual or violent,
- involves or targets children inappropriately,
- pretends to be another person, a company or an authority, or tries to trick the receiver (for example phishing or scams),
- shares someone's private information without their permission,
- is advertising, spam or anything illegal.
You are responsible for what you write and for who you send it to.
4. Reports and removal
Every surprise has a “Report this message” button, and anyone can also write to . If a message breaks these rules, we may switch its link off and refuse further orders from that email address. A link switched off for breaking these rules is not refunded or replaced. Where the law requires, we pass information to the authorities.
5. Prices, payment and refunds
Prices are shown before you pay and include VAT. The link is delivered right after payment; by ticking the box at checkout you agree to this, and the right of withdrawal ends. We do not refund money once a link has been created.
If your link does not work, or the service is not delivered as described, write to us with your order number. After checking, we give you the same number of new links free of charge. If we were charged twice by mistake, the extra payment goes back to your card.
If you live in the EU: if a replacement link also does not work, or we cannot provide one within a reasonable time, you may ask for a price reduction or your money back, as EU consumer law (Directive 2019/770) gives you. Your other legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
6. Our characters and content
The characters, drawings, animations, sounds and software belong to us and are protected by copyright. You may share your own link, and screenshots or recordings of your own surprise for personal use. Copying, reselling, reusing our work elsewhere or using it for AI training is not allowed.
7. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We are not responsible for how a receiver reacts to a message, or for losses caused by your own messages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the terms in force when you bought apply to that purchase. These terms are governed by Turkish law. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of your own country's mandatory consumer laws and can use its courts.
